Fresh onion is cooked on a low heat with top quality extra virgin olive oil, then tomato is added, followed by DelVecchio’s fresh organic sausage (which has been cooked separately).
The sauce is completely natural and has no preservatives or thickeners.
It is ideal with durum wheat or fresh pasta and delicious on toast.
Cooking tips:
Warm up the sauce on a low heat or remove the lid and warm up in a microwave oven; pour it over the pasta and sauté in the pan.
