Sugo Salsiccia e Carciofi is an Italian sausage and artichoke sauce made by hand following one of Gabriele Delvecchio’s recipes.
The artichokes are sautéed with fresh onion and top quality extra virgin olive oil in a pan then DelVecchio’s fresh sausage (which has been cooked separately) is added.
The sauce is completely natural and has no preservatives or thickeners.
It is ideal with durum wheat or fresh pasta and delicious on toast.
Cooking tips:
Warm up the sauce on a low heat or remove the lid and warm up in a microwave oven; pour it over the pasta and sauté in the pan.
